    Summary

    Testing this tool and discovering its functionality, we have seen a new vision of what it would be like to boost our sales through videoconferences. Now it is much more interactive than before, including the participation of all our clients or work colleagues to give a new vision of our product. . Through Mikogo we have achieved our purpose since it is not only to boost our sales and take it to new doors but also to develop as integral professionals within a visionary and digital field where we seek to innovate and be in the latest trends. Making our video conferences now much more interactive than they were before is undoubtedly completely worth it, since it gives us a plus within our work area and turns our entire virtual space into a comfortable space to interact, it also allows us to be good hosts for each of our clients. It has collaborative tools and allows teamwork to be balanced, thus giving us the possibility of presenting quality work. It boosts communication to a next level and reinforces deficiencies that we had been having for virtual communication, making it no longer an efficiency in the work process but rather benefits to be able to reach places where we had never been able to be before. It allows us to cover much more work quickly and concisely in a minimum time and without connection limitations.

    Mikogo is a new proposal that came to the market to offer a new job opportunity, through its interface it is possible to manage comfortably and easily using each of its tools that are easy to adapt to my work system, its wide and fast skills In addition, it has the possibility of interacting with the platform without having to subscribe or download. It has a high range of configurations that allow us to maintain a reliable and highly compatible GDPR system, which provides us with protection and security for each of our data, thus knowing that everything we share on our screen will be backed up and insured. We know that we have a platform that works to the letter and is backed and certified, for which we fully trust the platform and how it handles each of our data. Through its platform we have been able to interact with our clients, work colleagues or business partners for formal or informal presentations, which has opened up the possibility of being able to interact and share our screen so that we no longer have to meet in person, if we take a look at the world without any type of barrier in a quick and easy way of our presentations or conferences, thus opening the door is the possibility of expanding our field and being able to reach many more ears where before we could not be heard. It has intuitiveness in its fast community platform and a platform management that is quite easy to adapt. Other functions, how to share files, works well during the screen sharing process, which is great because we can send these documents to whoever is listening to them at the precise moment in which we interact with them through our screen. The recording function is something necessary since we cannot always be able to connect synchronously so being able to have the videos asynchronously for whoever needs it works as a great tool.

    For now, among the negative aspects that we have noticed is that its performance can be a bit low if the internet connection is not entirely good, thus presenting problems in the quality of the voice of the video, this being an impediment during our work flow. . Its value can be a bit expensive, despite the fact that it is an innovative tool where interacting is its new vision, however we believe that this innovation in the platform in the market deserves a much more suitable price so that more people can access it. this new functionality. Another of the important points to highlight and not forget is that the learning curve can be too steep, it took a long time to read all the documentation and orient yourself on the platform to locate yourself in each of the tools that is adequate to make the videoconference work fluidly.
