Great MDM software for doing a simple set up on Android devices. Contained all the features I needed.

Learning the interface took about an hour of dedicated focus. The software and customer service was primo and welcoming. Completely satisfied and puts the competition (*coughs* Crowdstrike Falcon) to absolute shame.

Ease and practicality of usage, instantaneous syncing of settings and higher security than native Apple iCloud services.

None. I sampled other platforms and concluded they were ranging from profoundly difficult to master to downright incomprehensible causing me to lose the desire to decipher. Advanced skills / Apple Developer credentials / Ubuntu Linux proficient here. Miradore is utterly fantastic.

Among the advantages that I found in Mirador MDM is that it is quite easy to manage all the devices, giving them access or blocking them at the time I want.

Sometimes it is not very intuitive in some aspects and that makes the management of the devices complicated.

Overall Miradore is a great product it gave me my first hands on experience using MDM software and vive recommended it to quiet a few people and they seem to be very pleased with the product as well. So......thank you Miradore, for making such a great product and life a little easier.

Miradore gives us the tools to manage our fleet of tablets across the country and support our employees as they do their part.

The seamless integration for our end users make this a perfect solution to manage our fleet of tablets. My Customer Success Manager could be contacted directly and made sure I was headed in the right direction and the customer service response was on point for the questions I had. We use this on a daily basis. It is easy to use and after understanding the nature and terminology of the MDM universe, the implementation was virtually pain free. The features included give us the tools we needed to manage our devices.

There is a learning curve to MDM software. It is not a shortcoming of Miradore. It is simply the nature of the technology.

Miradore has been a big help in assisting me with managing my fleet of iPads. I don't have a ton of iPads but enough to need a hand with and Miradore gets the job done.

The ease of rolling the product out along with enrolling the devices into it. It took no time to get it up and running.

Unless I'm missing it, I wish that Miradore had a self service app for the end users to utilize and download apps from.

Excellent product, certainly there are areas for improvement, I trust that GoTo's purchase will bring significant support to this project.

Miradore has positioned itself very favourably in the market and is a great solution for those wanting to get their device managed while not spending large amounts - often a plus for many businesses. Their focus on customer service and straight forward guidance makes their offering very appealing and a great onboarding into MDM for all device types.

I have been using Miradore for over a year now and I have no complaints. It's smooth and intuitive!

Great interface and usability, covers all of our requirements for a reasonable price - definitely a recommendation from me, just renewed subscription.

Reports section is not very helpful - not very intuitive to set up, no user-defined custom parameters available.

Miradore was easy to get all my devices on board and is very user friendly when managing them all. I have everything I need to manage my fleet of mobile devices thru Miradore.

Some very specific options are complex to configure.

We have been very happy with Miradore as a product, and we fully plan to continue using it going forward as well.

Miradore is an excellent system, and it has been massively helpful in managing our company's phone fleet, especially with the ability to remotely support colleagues working out with the HQ city.

There is a fairly steep learning curve to mastering the system, and it does require a lot of initial config, but support has been very helpful in answering questions, and the amount of manual input drops significantly once that config is done. Overall, though, I only gave Ease a 4.

Policies can be distributed to the user or the endpoint.
Users, device and other settings can be directly mass imported to fastly deployment MDM policies in the company.

Of course, support is a good assistant and very helpful in case of need.

Love in future to get other language than English because of some non IT profile who need to access in view only mode.

Only three admin profile for users. It could be pleasant to manage some features directly by making our own admin profiles.

In conclusion, the MDM par excellence, simple to use and install, service for doubts and information available, fast and competent.

I have not really found any issues with Miradore.

This is a great bit of software overall. Yes, there are some niggles with it but the support is excellent, both friendly and knowledgeable. They are still adding many features and the pricing is very fair in comparison to some of the rival products out there!

Some tasks can take longer than I'd like for them to complete, which is frustrating. Some tasks seem to sit in "in progress" and need a bit of encouragement to push out to devices.

I love finding a product that does everything the high priced products does at a fraction of the cost.

I liked being able to pay Miradore directly without having to go through a 3rd party vendor that adds additional fees.

The location tracking was great at first, but has become inconsistent lately.

Overall, I really liked being able to quickly apply customized security profiles to mobile devices which let me remotely manage and see them geographically. It also really helped that users could not remove the Miradore security profiles installed on the devices.

Miradore has an easy to use interface, very helpful online guidance for installation and maintenance of profiles and the deploying the software is a quick and easy process.

Enterprise-level, high-volume imports from Apple Business Manager can take awhile but, to be fair, that is due to Apple's interface.
