Abysmal customer service. AVOID!!!!

When issues arise, they are SERIOUS and Momence does not respond in a timely manner and when they do respond finally, they don't solve the issues. They are costing me time, energy and money by not responding to their longer term loyal customer. Do yourself a favor, and choose another option. You'll be happy you saved yourself the stress!

NegativeTheir customer service is beyond a joke. As a customer of over 2 years, they refuse to solve an issue I marked as urgent well over a week ago. They keep closing the ticket, then saying "the issue should be fixed," and finally telling me to fix it myself. My legal documents signed by customers have been lost by Momence and they're not taking me seriously when I say it's an urgent issue. There is no resolve in sight. I am scheduling demos with other companies because Momence clearly only cares about expanding and getting new customers as opposed to being of any assistance to loyal longer term customers.
