    HORRIBLE customer service, low quality production

    When I contacted Moment.co and told them this, they just said "I understand that you were looking forward to a better quality of the show and we're sorry if it did not reach your expectation. However, upon checking with our internal team there was no issue the same as what you have mentioned.I can assure you that our team is also monitoring the event to make sure it's gonna be successful." This is nonsense because first of all, the event was already over, so "our team is monitoring the event" makes no sense. Also, I've played in orchestras myself and every orchestra person who has heard this has unanimously agreed that this was an awful recording. So, Moment wouldn't give me a refund. I hope they're happy that I'm now going to tell this story to everyone I know and warn you folks over a laughable 17 dollars that they could have simply refunded.

    The interface looks decent. The design of the website looks modern, and they make it very easy to hand over your money.

    I watched a stream of an artist and the stream quality was very poor. It was NOT just the actual software/bitrate, the sound was mono instead of stereo, and it was an orchestra that sounded completely improperly mixed and as if it were recorded by a single microphone. At best, this "professional production" sounded like a high school orchestra. It's one of the worst things I've ever paid money to listen to.

    Yikes on bikes.. I wouldn't participate in any of their "events" ever again.

    Nothing that could justify paying $30 for a show and getting no response from MH or customer service when the show got cancelled.

    Negative

    Minimal interaction on Facebook.. site crashed right as a huge event was about to start.. no message from Moment or customer service. I wouldn't give them my money.

    Summary

    Don't attend events on this platform, audio is terrible and you won't event get to see it. Their customer service is terrible and slow.

    None, there are no pros, absolutely none other than maybe GME won't be on this platform next year for sure.

    Ask any Good Mythical Morning fan who attempted to watch the livestream of "Good Mythical Evening 2". The only reason anybody knew any info was from Good Mythical crew themselves.

    Nothing....... nice white screen for a live event's entire audience but thats no reward for paying customers.
