So Disappointing!
Date: Dec 04 2024SummaryOverpromised but under-delivered. Very buggy and caused more problems than it solved. Once the contract expires, I will ensure that the entire system is removed and no trace of it left. I would rather spend the money on hiring more staff members instead. Terrible.
PositiveThe friendly salesperson was convincing and the potential efficiency the software could bring was tempting.
NegativeThe owner was very pushy and intimidating. There were teething problems but once set up, the issues continued. The system was buggy and so inaccurate that my staff spent more time trying resolve it via the poor support team than actually using it. It was so underwhelming that we have stopped using the software.
