IT is completely unreliable - purchases for lifetime licenses lost
Date: Jan 12 2025SummaryI wanted to retrieve my lifetime license for MediaMonkey since there are rumours of MyCommerce going bankrupt. When I tried to retrieve my lifetime license, MyCommerce simply answered "we lost it and you're on your own". Not very professional and very disappointing.
