    Summary

    Overall great experience, and a very solid help desk. We have been happy with it from administrator to technician to end user. Would recommend.

    Positive

    SLAs work well and working natively in the SharePoint environment has been a big plus for us. It has been much easier to get the team on board than with some of the other alternatives we tried before. The help desk itself works well and we are happy with it.

    Negative

    No major drawbacks for us. If you don't use Office 365 or SharePoint it may not make sense for you.
