    Summary

    Overall, I feel happy with the service and wish to see them succeed and have more businesses using them.

    Positive

    Good customer service.
    Good audio quality even when other VoIP apps are struggling.
    It has all we need and a bit more.

    Negative

    Does not offer IM and video calls as MS Teams or Slack, but that's fine with us as there are many other tools like the ones mentioned which do a much better job.
