    Nectar is fun team building system but also a self boosting when someone sends you a compliment as well. Sometimes that helps someone who needs it,

    I like the fact that you get to use creativity, appreciate your co-workers, make it fun in the work place, build self esteem.

    That the points don't roll over each month. Sometimes we get busy and forget that to use it. Maybe that is something i need to work on personally.

    At first, the point method did not seem to suffice, however after adjusting we were able to make it work!

    I love the ability to give a shoutout to my coworkers and see what others are saying about them.
    It is nice to be able to be recognized when you do exceptional work.

    My overall experience has been very positive and uplifting to myself and coworkers. We like being able to earn points for doing a good job and knowing that others care and recognize our positivity and teamwork.

    I love being able to recognize coworkers for their hard work, teamwork and positive attitude.

    Negative

    The only Con for myself is that when you recognize a fellow coworker it shows everyone in the facility. Most times we like to recognize a coworker for their hard work but don't want to hurt others feelings by displaying points given to someone specific. It would be nice to be able to recognize someone privately.
