    - Usability of the Access App is great
    - The product does exactly what it should, which is great and makes it very secure
    - Good APIs for integrating Nevis into our own IAM

    - The Access App building process could be documented a bit better, but with the great support of Nevis we got it running.

    Well designed from a usability perspective, as well as from the integration perspective. All use cases covered, more than just authentication (supports also process confirmation use cases)

    Overall would really recommend this service for 2FA solutions, as when running the feel and ease of use is almost unbeatable. 2FA with push is just that convenient.

    Positive

    Ease of use, feature set, general feel of the service. Documentation is well made and allows for easy first steps, the cloud console helps with this as well. Support always really helpful, with little overhead and possibility of talking to developers directly, great!

    Negative

    At the start there where some unclear error messages in the in the mobile app, these have since been improved. Some of the more technical information can't be found in the documentation. (token lifetime, token signing)

    Very short time to implement, easy processes for the design of the App to fit customer's corporate identity rules, very fast reaction on version changes (iOS and Android), happy customer for 16 months now.

    No cons to report on, the provided solution is stable, the support is always there and efficient, no disruption happened so far, informations about new releases are on time and useful.
