Date: Jun 23 2023SummaryWe are pleased with the call tracking solutions of Nimbata. Since we're tech-savvy, managing accounts on any call-tracking platform isn't an issue. However, we found that our customers like Nimbata too because, unlike the other platforms that are bulky and confusing, Nimbata looks clean/minimalistic and is very straightforward to use.
Positive5 stars all the way. It's fast to implement, and they have helpful video tutorials if you need them, which we did in the beginning. The chat support is more than likely the best support we have come across in business overall. They are very efficient in resolving issues that come up and are happy to go the extra mile. As for the call tracking capabilities, Nimbata does everything you want it to do. It tracks calls, attributes them correctly, and integrates with the platforms you need to monitor and optimize your advertising efforts. There are also many customizable features that we don't use but could be suitable for other users. Such as routing calls to different numbers depending on the day and time and transcribing calls. Last pro: the pricing is fair.
NegativeIf there are cons, we haven’t found them yet. Even the email marketing that is sent out, is only once a month and has valuable tips and insights on maximizing your Nimbata experience and ROI.

PositiveWe really liked their payment model which is what initially attracted us to give it a try. NegativeThere is nothing much that we don't like. Like most products/software there are always minor improvements that could be addressed.
