Ruins other pdf software for me

    Date: Aug 10 2021
    Summary

Nitro pdf is a pdf software that has made it hard to work without. I am a die hard fan and will stick with Nitro for a long time.

    Positive

Nitro pdf has a simple layout but with many options. Fully featured functions allow me to take control to not only read and markup a pdf, but also sign and recreate it by moving and deleting elements. It only gets better as it updates.

    Negative

Every now and then it will crash, but I suspect that may be less Nitro's fault and more what the computer is able to supply to it. It isn't the most beautiful of user interfaces, but once again, function over form.

NitroPro is an alternative to Adobe

    Date: Sep 20 2021
    Summary

Overall NitroPro seems to be a good alternative to Adobe. I have been using it for 4 years and it has always done everything we need for editing PDFs for our line of business. The conversion from PDF to MS Word seems to work pretty well too. There are always hiccups, but it is a key tool for us since many of our clients send documents in PDF that we need to modify or update.

    Positive

NitroPro is easy to use and and works well with editing PDF files. Basic text editing, PDF Conversion to MS Word and vice versa, e-sign, merge and compile multiple documents, and page numbering all work very well for us.

    Negative

NitroPro's interface is quite dated and some editing tools are either buried in their menu tree or not intuitively found. It is possible that is the limitation of editing PDF vs Word documents . For example, they don't have a simple option like a checkbox) to Bold, Italicize or Underline text when editing a PDF.
