    Summary

    Web-based diagramming, invoicing, customer records, internet booking, cost, and associate proposals all played a factor in my choice to utilize Soap Vault.

    Positive

    I like the fact that I can customize the email settings. Booking an appointment is very easy. They have a service of automated emails and reminders. The feature is absolutely handy. The soap notes are fantastic, and customer intakes are very easy.

    Negative

    With new updates site speed slows massively. Updates to the software do not always handle users' timezones sensitively. Understanding how to operate this product is quite difficult but you can get hold of it soon.

    Great basic EMR/Practice Management Suite

    Summary

    SOAP Vault is great for small practices. It has all the pieces needed at a very affordable price. I tried it out when they first released the product and at that time is was not mature enough. Now, it has grown to be a great web based software for any cash based CAMs practice. While their emphasis has been massage therapists, the system could easily handle a chiropractic or acupuncture office that uses a third party billing service.

    Online scheduling is a plus with email/text reminders (essential in today's busy world). Online registration/intake forms and customizable SOAP notes. Integrated payment solution and reporting

    Negative

    I would have liked a bit more customization on the SOAP notes, particularly to take out parts that I didn't like/didn't fit how I wanted to document, but I'm resistant to change.
