    Summary

    Noviqu is such a breath of fresh air for us. Instead of having multiple disjointed systems, we have one - Noviqu. The support team is amazing, and always there to answer our questions.

    Simply put, it's an amazing asset to our facility.

    Positive

    - Easy to use.
    - Intuitive for even the more computer-challenged employees.
    - NO MORE PAPER!
    - The reporting module is amazing!
    - Automatic notifications allows me to spend less time focused on if work is moving or not, and just doing things.
    - Having everything in one place really streamlines things.
    - Support is incredible. Always nice, considerate and willing to help.

    Negative

    I can't find something that we do in paper that I can't put in Noviqu.
