PositiveIt has a simple to use interface and doesn’t require a technician to understand how it works. We are using the paid feature for our business wherein we are able to leverage good storage ability for media collaboration, text messages and PTT messages. Even a congested phone network cannot stop you from communicating provided you have access to the internet. This is especially useful during natural disasters.
NegativeSometime getting a resolution from the support team might take a while and you will have to hang in with the concerns you are facing in the hope that it gets resolved soon. However, if they smoothen the customer care facility, the product is worth trying.
