    Easy to use, affordable and I love having the choice to work with the newer or older version of this software, which comes in handy for someone that experiences difficulty w/ transitions/change.

    There is minimal room for improvement as everything about this software is awesome!

    Summary

    Overall this has been a good clearinghouse up until they began charging $35 a month for non par claims. I am a small billing service and may only submit 10-15 claims a month. Having to pay $70 a month for two very small practices has totally changed how I feel about the company. I also learned that they will be charging $10 a month for the submission of 1-10 paper claims per month. I submit two paper claims per month. I am now in the process of looking for another clearinghouse to meet my needs.

    Ease of use. Supportive customer service. Very user friendly. Easy to navigate throughout the system.

    Negative

    Pricing. I am being charged $35 a month for one, yes one, Non Par claim. This is totally disappointing.
