I love Office Ally's 24/7 EHR

Positive24/7 encompasses medical charging and billing for a reasonable fee per month. The support available to the user is easy to reach and always competent. in addition the support people never make you feel as if you are incompetent. As with any program there is a learning curve, but this one is not too long. They also have videos to teach you the program.
NegativeI came from another program so it took me longer to learn it than it would have if it was my first program.

PositiveWe have been a user since 2011 and love the fact that they seem to progress with new products and come up with new additions to the already great system. We are a specialty practice and found that all the other software systems were just way to expensive, so Office Ally was always our go to system.
NegativeWe haven't experienced it much lately but from time to time the servers would go down so the doctors would be midway through their note and the system would go down. Waaaaay frustrating for the Providers

Date: Nov 22 2023SummaryOverall this has been a good clearinghouse up until they began charging $35 a month for non par claims. I am a small billing service and may only submit 10-15 claims a month. Having to pay $70 a month for two very small practices has totally changed how I feel about the company. I also learned that they will be charging $10 a month for the submission of 1-10 paper claims per month. I submit two paper claims per month. I am now in the process of looking for another clearinghouse to meet my needs.
PositiveEase of use. Supportive customer service. Very user friendly. Easy to navigate throughout the system.
NegativePricing. I am being charged $35 a month for one, yes one, Non Par claim. This is totally disappointing.
