    Having to use the Cvent project management when using OnArrival. The issue is that we already provide project management for our clients, they pay for our services and then the client has to pay Cvent for project management as well.

    Overall, this technology has improved our events and made us look more buttoned up to our event attendees. The system is easy once set up correctly. We have used for 5 years now and will continue to do so.

    Makes check in quick and easy.
    Easy to register walk ins and/or update registered guests before printing the badge.
    Attendees love the experience.
    Love the fact you can do contactless/touchless.
    Multiple kiosks and printers keep the crowd / lines moving.

    Negative

    Glitchy - sometimes router goes out and have to reset.
    Printers get jammed frequently and have to reset.
    Price is a little high when you have to purchase license, hardware and badge stock for every event.

    OnArrival helps with managing the day of operations for our events. It provides an exceptional user experience for everyone to check in with a kiosk, adjust and review their badge, and record their attendance to get accurate CPE credits.

    No negatives related to OnArrival. Recommend purchasing as a bundle from Cvent rather than buying components separately.
