I enjoy using PIM for finding pictures, product codes, colors, pack outs, and overall detailed product information.

I appreciate the fact that it integrates an AI search function. You can look up names, and attributes.

The only con I have is that we have to wait for our team to upload photos one by one until it is all up to date.

OneTimePIM has allowed our business to transform from an antiquated and siloed Excel system. The data integrations with multiple customers and providers have ensured that deadlines aren't missed. Working with the team allows us to feel like we can contribute to the overall functionality of this product and tailor it to our needs.

I appreciate the flexibility in how we can view and edit data. Collaborating with the team not only enables us to enhance our overall experience but also empowers us to work collaboratively, fostering a partnership that allows us to operate more intelligently and efficiently than ever before. Together, we are not just improving processes but redefining the way we work, embracing a more streamlined and effective approach.

Training is available with the product, however some users do need the human touch, which means several super users are needed to support this.

Overall a great program and great experience learning it. Easy to use and easy to create new files and products.
As mentioned above, some issues with performance of the program that's why I am giving 4/5 stars

Its easy to learn, very versatile and has never crashed once.
The ease to create new attributes and sub folders is efficient and time saving.
We have 4 people in our company that use OnetimePIM and it hasn't slowed down or kicked anyone out. To be able to modify and pass projects to one another effortlessly is a big plus.

The client seems to slow down the longer you use it. I am logged in most of the working day and it slows down to the point where it affects my performance.
To remedy this I close my web browser and log back in, this seems to fix the problem entirely until an hour to 2 hours later its slowing down again.

A great tool! I wish more brands would offer this as a rep tool. What a great way for me to get exactly what I need and for them to save time.

The platform is very easy to navigate and allows you to create all sorts of data sheets to share with your customers. It's also handy if you work with large accounts and have to upload information onto spreadsheets. You can sort the information into the order you need it and then cut and paste. Love the embed feature for digital assets.

Your success obviously depends on the quality and amount of information provided by the company who uploaded it.

Overall, works well and meets my needs. Could be more user friendly and modern. More pop up tips or walk through videos would be helpful.

I like the break down categories of each item and the specifications that are included. If you know what you are looking for, it is easier to find.

Can be confusing to navigate and not intuitive. The scroll function often messes up.

We also use their bespoke Digital Asset Management solution, which has been designed specifically for us. It integrates seamlessly and is a testament to their dedication to creating tools that truly align with their clients’ requirements.

The interface is user-friendly, but I’d say it’s not the most intuitive. There’s a slight learning curve to get fully accustomed to it, but once you’re familiar, it’s straightforward and reliable.

Amazing service and amazing system. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking to give it a try to give it a go.

Very useful, quick and easy. One of the best data sites i have ever used, I LOVE IT! We use 2 different PIM systems to gather all of our data and this works perfectly.

Would be great if there was different colour viewing pages.

Having learnt and implemented OneTimePIM so quickly and found that it ticks all of our must have requirements, it is definitely a product I would recommend for product information management

OneTimePIM is very intuitive and included almost all the functionality we needed from the very beginning at a very competitive price (monthly subscription). Our twice monthly calls ensured that implementation was both smooth and efficient. The important configuration changes and minor development changes that we required have also been provided within short time frames. Furthermore, the additional flexibility provided by Python Agents keeps all our departments happy with the functionality provided.

We have not found anything that we don't like about OneTimePIM. The only minor "dislike" is that we have to use a workaround (within OneTimePIM) to inform some sales employees of changes to products within the channels they are responsible for.

OneTimePIM works great! I use it quite often and find it user friendly. We switched from Salsify to OneTimePIM and the transition was seamless with the helpful training provided.

The training that was provided during the initial transition was super helpful. OneTimePIM is user friendly and it's a great way to always have access to my vendor's product details.

Sometimes it is difficult to navigate back to previous pages. There is an AI feature that I have not been able to figure out yet.
