    Very good overall expérience. I can easily recommande the product.

    We use it to monitor the number of floating licences consumed by our researchers and students. We can adapt the number of licence we renew every year based on objective and measured consumption values.

    Positive

    - It just deliver what it is made for.
    - Allow financial economies with a tight management of the number of software licence used to serve our community of student and researchers.
    - Installed about four years ago, monitoring the usage of a dozen applications. No maintenance problem over this period.

    - Not encounter any problem for the while. I always get the information I needed.

    OpenLM - Licence Management made easy

    Summary

    As I said above the technical support is excellent and fast and I am very happy to continue using this excellent tool.

    Positive

    The Easy Admin interface - for someone who has struggled with the default LM Tools this excellent interface makes everything so easy.
    We are a small user - mainly ArcMap 50-60 users and it is easy to keep track of who is using what license and when.
    The easily configurable reports on a weekly monthly or annual basis also makes reporting for budget reasons simple.
    But by far the most impressive is the technical support - the guys have not let me down yet!

    Any problems with OpenLM were with out own network IT system here so I cannot really see any cons
