Optimus Hive makes figuring out your work moves a breeze. It shows you the nitty-gritty of how everyone's getting things done, helping the whole team be super efficient. It sorts out who's doing what, so no one feels like they're drowning in tasks. Its all about working together like a well-oiled machine.

At this time I haven't found one that makes me need to write a con, so far everything has been pretty easy to learn and get the hang of and most importantly it works.

The platform is an excellent resource for anyone looking for efficiencies. Not just in process efficiency but it allowed me to see what software was installed on my employees machines and the last time that software was used. This contributed to a reduction in my overall software costs as I was able to stop paying maintenance fees on software that was no longer used.

Optimus Hive gave me excellent insights into how many variations my employees were running of the exact same process. This enabled me to understand and correct the deviations which drove significant efficiencies across all organizations.

Because the platform is so configurable it can be somewhat cumbersome to do the initial setup. The Optimus Hive team is very helpful and helped offset some of the learning curve around configuring and using the system.

Optimus Hive offers a robust solution for task optimization and productivity insights, but organizations must carefully navigate data overload, and address change management needs to ensure its effective implementation.

If you are looking for a solution that has limited functionality and can be deployed easily, I don't think this is the solution. Having said that, I don't think there is a simple way to address all the challenges that come along with data mining.

If you want something that works and provides you with the flexibility to be able to customize it for your specific business, then Optimus will work.

When I first discussed this software with my colleagues, the biggest concern they had was privacy.

While we want to track users activities, we do not want users to feel like we are monitoring their personal activities. Optimus Hive has put a lot of thought into providing us with the tools to exclude data that can be considered private. From excluding domains groups associated with specific industries, like banking or healthcare, to redacting specific data like SSN from screen captures, Optimus gives us the ability to both maintain privacy and, more importantly, show our users that their private data is secure.

The customizable dashboards are great and has enabled us to provide views on very specific areas of our operation. The way it maps out a process and identifies the bottlenecks is extraordinary.

While it is early days, we can already see that Optimus is going to enable us to identify areas of improvement that we had no visibility to before.

With the flexibility comes complexity. It is a complex application to setup the way you want it to be, and it takes some time and effort to really understand all the components and how they work together.

However, the support is good and they work with you to understand what you are trying to achieve and not just fix your problem.

I would highly recommend Optimus Hive to someone looking for a simple setup that's very effective and easy to use for task mining employee monitoring software.

This software is very powerful but it will take a bit of time to understand the nuances. Same like using any new piece of software once you get used to it, its super easy.
