I am a very big fan of the site and it's ease of use, the currating of all the products in the same place makes ordering my supplies so much easier.

Order.co curating all the things I need to order to run our store makes my life so easy. I use it weekly and it's makes ordering such a smooth process.

I don't have any cons to list about Order.co, it makes ordering for my store so easy and straight forward.

As the IT Director I make all the purchases for the IT Department, this system makes it a breeze.

Cant think of any at the moment everything has been working very well.

If your looking for a system that works great and easy to use, this is the system for you. Your accounting department will thank you.

Great but room for improvement! The main area is in the design of the website and the overall look of the items offered.

User friendly site, easy to navigate, as everything I need in one place! The recent updates to receive an email if an item is out of stock has been helpful to plan for future orders.

I've previously given feedback on a specific call with Order.co that it's helpful to get notified if an item is out of stock rather than just never receiving it. This feature has since been updated! The other feedback I gave was the small images for the products. Visually it's not great for the site and technically it's hard to see what the product is, especially when the description is not detailed.

I love it. I feel that I get exactly what I need for supplies so my staff is happy. It is fun to use. The email updates on shipping and delivery are helpful.

I love the budget feature on the top right so I can track my spending for the month. It is so easy for me to ask my superior to add products that I think will be useful.

I wish shipping was automatically calculated in the check-out so you can see how it affects your monthly budget. I don't think you see that like you do when you are shopping.

Pretty good. Again, the website is very easy to order. You guys should have an app that we are able to use. Stuff gets shipped fast and in a timely manner.

Sometimes its a hassle to send stuff back. Since we are in the field, we should be able to add stuff we need instead of going through specific channels.

Overall Order.co is on the right track to help with logistics but needs to iron out a couple kinks. The supply team gets a little upset when an order is stopped or Order.co can't find the product available and tries to find something else. This causes a unknown lapse better the end user and the order arriving on time. You have to solve this to get from 4 to 5 stars

Great Customer Service.

Preferred Advance Line needs to be automated and less dependent on emails. Its a little clunky but could be a great product.

Overall Order.co is one of the best I have seen thus far! I appreciate the ease of ordering and having it shipped straight to the door. They even code it correctly for our finance department.

Order.co makes ordering for you origination and business super easy. The delivery time is unbelievable. The site is easy to use!

Once you figure out the navigation there are no cons.

Overall very easy and straight forward to use. It is to the point and easy to figure out the budget, options or create items that can be listed on the site in the future

I love how you can add products that aren't available on there and create available products. I also like how it matches a lower price for you.

I wish there were more options for certain items, or an assortment of items off various sites. Example: Hanger stacker, cable management box

My experience has been very positive with Order.co! The ease from which to order products makes my job easier. Any issues are quickly resolved by the Order Team.

The Platform is easy to use and track orders. I love the set up to search for items and view online.

I'd like to see a way to flag an order that is not complete, making it easy to sort.

I would say ordering supplies it's really easy. The prices are easy to look at and like at Staples it always shows if something is on sale. I like to order from Staples mostly.

We order once a month only. It' s been ok so far with ordering supplies on line. If I have a problem I just look under the search and look what I need and if I can't the answer that I need then I will send an e-mail out. Usually I will get a response immediately. The prices are pretty good and we get discounts. My favorite place to order our supplies is from Staples.

The only I can is sometimes when ordering even from the same place all the supplies don't come in all at once. Sometimes it takes a while to get our supplies. I even have to call to see when will be receiving our orders and that is a process it self. I didn't like the fact that when we order from AMAZON the Dyson Vacuum we had to return it back and they charge us for the return of the Dyson. I feel that we shouldn't had to pay for the return. We had to order another Dyson Vacuum this time, we order it from Costco and it came pretty fast.

I was skeptical to start using yet another supply company... but I have been very pleased with the results.

My first experience using Order.co was last week. As an EC (Education Coordinator) I have to order material needed by Teachers for their lesson plans.

It was a smooth process and easy ordering.

I love how there is a wide range of supply and material to order from. Ordering material comes with everything I need for curriculum.

Since the pandemic, many of us rely on alcohol and vinegar as basic germ killers over what turns out to be bottles of water with a tad of active ingredients sold at a higher price. Boric acid is great for bug control and much less toxic than some products.

My company uses Order so I can find branded products we need and also generic cleaners and supplies.

There are no basic supplies like vinegar and alcohol.

Overall it has been a great experience. I was hesitant at first as I thought this was just adding a middle man to our ordering process but it has been super smooth. I love having a one stop shop for ordering. Made keeping up with inventory very easy.

The team is very helpful with any questions that come up. Always willing to meet. Xavier and Sarah are awesome!! Super easy to add new products and link vendors.

Just the process of loading all the products and vendors. But once that is complete, ordering is very easy.

There is nothing I don’t like! There is never any issues ever.

Any time I have needed to utilize Order Support they are more than helpful!! Especially Jasmine - she always goes above and beyond to help me even if it takes a couple of times to come to a solution.

I love that when a product is out of stock, they find the replacement for you! It makes shopping for the large scale that we use it that much easier on me as the superuser!

Replacement items chosen by Order could be better - they do not always match what was typed in as substitution details, especially knowing we use these products with children
