    Illegal fees, tons of bugs, waste of time

    Opt out. As a tenant you can't be forced to sign up to an app to execute a tenancy. You must be offered a fee-free electronic payment method.

    Positive

    There is nothing this app does that wouldn't be done better with email and EFT. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this app as a tenant, and as a property manager this app engages in unlawful conduct on REA's behalf that will risk infringement action by Consumer Affairs. Just don't use it.

    Negative

    The app attempts to force tenants to pay illegal fees by not providing a fee-free method of payment which is against residential tenancy law in Victoria
    The app makes direct EFT payment difficult by changing the details every month
    The app emailed my references 3 times in a row
    The app had a bug where the property manager couldn't view my supporting documents for the application
    This business makes its money through unlawful rent fees and selling tenant personal data to promotional partners, under the guise of a "rewards programme" for taking fees they are unlawfully taking

    Bad service, Not easy to use, Time waste

    Provide a way for people to pay by credit card with more debt and high service fees charge.not user friendly as tenant. it was not simply. agent also not use the function for it. just empty , but they tried to use the system to charge high fees.

    High charge for tenant, not easy to use tools. more than 2% for credit card surcharge fees. not friendly to use. i do not recommended this product to others. lots of bugs as well.

    Makes paying rent more comlicated than needed

    Negative, it has made paying rent difficult and more complicated than ever needed, the worst CRM I have ever experienced.

    Nothing, zero, nothing , have nothing positive, just money grubbing con artists putting tenants last.

    Negative

    Formerly, I paid my rent via transfer from my bank app to agents account, the agent received it within 24 hours, now, I have to transfer to a wallet, wait for the money to appear, it took 3 days and then , I have to transfer from said wallet to agent, so, instead of rent payments taking 24 hours, they now take 4 days.
