    Summary

    Overall Experience? Poor, moving to Square after seeing their demo. I really don't like this system and find it hard to use and maintain.

    Such a bad system running our tills and merchant services. I suppose the pro is that the software is British and i like to support British brands. But i cant do this at my own expense daily.

    Negative

    Everything. usability, reliability, support is okay i suppose, but the fact i need so much support is off putting.
