    Summary

    Wouldn't recommend - they obviously are in no hurry to resolve any issue since they don't have a help line.

    Positive

    Worked correct 90% of the time. But If you have an issue you can't call them so who cares if it works 90%

    Negative

    If you have an issue you can't call them. During setup/onboarding I had issue with not being able to call for help/assistance. After 6 months with them I found an error during year end reconciling and I can't call them. Super frustrating to not have a help line for customers to call.
