Very solid feature set out of the box. Anything else can be customized exactly to the requirement and business workflows.

Very knowledgeable and motivated developer team at Pepperi, was a joy to work with them during implementation and when adding new features.

The iPaaS platform can be used to synchronize all data with backend systems / web apis (2-way). Webhooks are supported as well.

All views can be customized as desired.

But Pepper's service team knows how to answer as soon as possible and give a very appropriate, convenient and fast response.

I've known Pepperi's app for several years, the product is user-friendly and helps to increase sales.

What I liked least about the app is that the back office is sometimes slow.

Very happy with Pepperi, it's very easy to use and very easy to make modification at any time that doesn't impact the team. Would highly recommend.

Simplicity of the system, it's very easy to make changes you or your team see and it will change instantly so no delays in productivity. No outages so Pepperi is always available online and offline and doesn't impact any work.

Sometimes difficult to make bigger changes but Pepperi support always respond in any time zone promptly for help.

Overall a really positive experience, I was able to have hands on, one on one training to further customise our site. Support has been excellent.

Customers able to login in themselves to place orders, able to customise the look to our business branding, very modular so easy to manage once trained up, very good with their support and training, lots of information on hand.

Its not very out of the box, some of the things we needed/wanted are additional add-on costs over our subscription.

The app helps to manage orders quite quickly and efficiently.

Some technical knowledge is required to use

Pepperi is a robust and agile product with a broad offering of features. It integrates well to most ERPs and is highly configurable, and can be deployed relatively quickly.

- Configurability with no-code for every imaginable business logic need.
- Changes in the backend instantly get pushed to all devices (iOS, Android, Web) no need to deploy a different logic for each device
- Consolidates all channels into one platform (Sales, Ecommerce, DSD, etc.)
-Powerful integration middleware available that works well with most ERPs

- There are so many options that it can be overwhelming
- You need some IT or systems experience and there is a learning curve to become a "super-user"

Pepperi support staff are very helpful and quick to respond. They will take care of the issue from the backend if I am unable to solve from my end.

Very quick support, can always rely on assistance within a few hours despite the time difference. Will also arrange a call to do some training if they think it's required.

I struggle to set up promotions. However, support is provided.
