The world previously worked in the Bitrix system and honestly grew from it, and even before the start of a full-scale war, they decided to change the system, chose for a long time, looked at about 20 systems and, as a result, they were healthy with this, which is the best product for us Found this also in Ukraine.
We started with the transplantation of the sales department, then the developments, and then the decision of the divisions was transferred. We adjusted everything ourselves, read the documentation, marveled at the videos - I have never read such reporting documentation. So, as we were guided through the sections, the process was not very smooth, so everything needed to be adjusted, verified, launched, and then the next step was taken, but within a quarter we all began to work with Perfectum. Honestly, the system is simply fantastic, ALL, really ALL processes we work in it. It’s not like others write on the site, here it’s really possible for everyone to work in the same system.
The result is simply super - everything from the initial contact to the client’s support is maintained in one system.PositiveMy pleasure is this - if you want everyone to work not in 10 systems, but in one, take Perfectum.
