Overall, if you are wanting a way for your clients, users, or visitors to contact you easily other than just a phone call, Podium is a great product to use.

The best part of this software is that you can handle all of it from your phone as if you were just texting someone. If someone hops on your website and has any questions or concerns a notification comes up on the bottom corner of the page providing a way for the visitor to contact the company. These messages do go straight to the phone of the the individual over the website, which makes the communication personable and quick.

At this time during the free trial that I have used I haven't had any cons happen.

In the company, we use it to create communication groups and send large files right there. Other platforms do not have the same capacity and quality of sending files or documents. It is highly reliable and keeps the group together, essential for any person who wants a potent communication tool. It has a great scope of social interaction that is reflected in the quality of sending emoticons and files. It works very well, and you will like it to the fullest.

Podium has an excellent interface; it has a high quality in sending files, I can send images or audios without losing quality. Besides that, I use it to create more effective communication and with guaranteed security conditions. Podium cloud is incredible for storing information.

I'm not too fond of that without running the application, the messages don't arrive, I have to open the application, and it starts to connect to receive the Podium.

Some of its main features are we can attach videos and photos, customisable templates, add reminders and many more. Easily manageable app. Very intuitive and user friendly.

Responses very quickly. Simple and easy to use. Also we can check the history of any customers interaction.

It is a bit pricy but it does a great job at things.

Needs more integrations with CRM & automation tools.

The app helps me to keep us in touch with how my customers are feeling about my service, identify problems as soon as they happen and ultimately helps us to gain some search engine optimization by having more qualified, relevant and recent reviews.

The interface for both the administrator and customer is very simple and attractive. I can easily send someone a review invite in within few seconds that goes directly to the customer's phone. It's very effective and quick.

I have had no bad experiences with Podium so far. It's wonderful.

Overall it's a good platform and can't go wrong. It's easy to use which if you can afford it, it's worth it.

Podium is good at helping get reviews but the overall cost will cost an arm and a leg for a monthly cost.

This is by far the best review gathering platform for Google around. I think they are actually backed by Google.

They are the most expensive option for managing reviews by far.
