It was extremely easy to use and highly customizable, love the different options to synthesize results data and themes available.

Some of the features like formulas are only available in the enterprise plan.

I had a great experience! It's very easy to use with a range of options and features. This platform is user friendly and worked perfectly for what I needed. The customer service team is extremely accommodating and helpful. I love the chat feature that's available when building the survey.

Love how it looks - the UX is great, and it's highly customisable.

If I'd not had their excellent support to rely on, I honestly would have struggled setting up the formulas for the creation of the reports; however, I that's probably more to do with my limitations than theirs!

Great software if you want to build good looking surveys and also use different dependencies. It also has a lot of additional features like connections, integrations or further functionality.

Even complex structures are possible to build, reports for you surveys are very easy to get and very clearly arranged, great overview.
Good connection to other apps or tracking tools.

User interface might be a bit more intuitive, some things need a bit of time.
Customizability could go a bit further.

Works like a charm for me survey never been more exciting. Results are real time being generated and my users loved it.

Just need a bit of leaving curve. But once you get the hang of it. It is easy as pie.

It did what I needed it to do at a reasonable price. There are several improvements that could be made and I didn't feel they were very open to that feedback.

I think it could be a great product if it were made easier to use. I like the ability to design and distribute the survey easily. The technical assistance when I got it was also great.

The collation of results is clunky - the dashboard should be able to convert a report - my sense was that there was a deliberate will to up-sell with further services rather than making them easy to use. I was happy eventually but it was not straightforward. I would ask a lot more questions if going through the signing up process again.

Like any tool, you have to invest time to use it. I don't think there is a better solution in the marketplace for high-end surveys and PDF reports.

If you're looking for a basic survey tool, you might find the bigger name tools to be easiest. But if you're looking to have a complex assessment tool with a post-survey reporting function, SurveyAnyplace is probably the best option out there.

SurveyAnyplace is the only tool I've found that had the assessment/reporting capability that I needed! My team was looking to create an assessment that gave participants a report of the results of their assessment and we looked into every possible option, and SurveyAnyplace was the only one all of the capabilities we needed. Many other tools that show assessment results are very simple and mostly used for marketing purposes. SurveyAnyplace has a lot of complex functions but also is fairly intuitive from a UX perspective. The team is also very responsive whenever I need help.

Not as intuitive as some of the bigger name survey tools out there, and does have some interface glitches from time to time. And because the tool offers more complex capabilities for things like ReportR functions, the survey building process is less simple.

I would recommend Survey Anyplace to any organization looking to increase efficiency by using accurate data to inform decisions. My team found it very helpful and we will continue using it in the future.

Our advertising clients are looking for engaging content for their target audiences - we use the Survey Anyplace quizzes to provide educational B2B content for assessments and knowledge challenges. Respondents get quiz scores as well as the correct answers to the questions, and then they are redirected to the clients' web sites or specific thought leadership content "to learn more."

If you are looking to do a lot of design customization with this tool, you pretty much need to be a web developer. Otherwise, just stick to the feature options of the tools. Hopefully, a future update would include a custom intro page that can be designed differently from the rest of the quiz.

Very good experience using SurveyAnyplace. I have been using this for surveys and as a CRM solution for the sales force. Moreover the service is excellent.

It is user friendly, real time and cost effective. Moreover you can customize tools which is an advantage.

Formula features are only available in enterprise pack

My quiz was easy to set up, to customize to my branding, and the level of sophistication and features was way more than I expected at such a low price.

I'm an online marketer and my quizzes allow me to gather valuable information about prospects while delivering helpful content that is directly suited for them. You can assign values to different answers to deliver a weighted score, and then have quiz-takers redirected to a page on your website based on their result, it doesn't get much better than that!

The reporting could definitely be better, it's difficult to find the results for specific respondents. I worked around this by using Zapier to deliver the important results directly to the contact record in my CRM and I can run reports from that.

I like Survey Anyplace a lot and think it's definitely worth considering when looking for a a survey software.

Survey Anyplace is very in first time use and every use afterwards. It brings an interface which allows you to set-up surveys in no time.
It allows you as well to design your surveys in a great way!

I think the use of question logic could be better.

I used Survey Anyplace for my Master's thesis to collect data from subjects using audio files. It was a seamless experience. I have used Google Forms for audio surveys. The interface for audio surveys isn't the best for Google Forms. Survey Anyplace makes it so much easier to interact with audio-visual file formats.
