I really like the ease of use with Postly. I'm able to create and publish all my social media posts in one place. Additionally, the scheduling feature on Postly has been a game-changer for me. Now, I can plan my social media posts in advance and set specific times for them to be published automatically. This has not only saved me a ton of time but also ensured that my content is consistently shared with my audience, even when I'm not actively online. Truthfully, I haven't found any negatives or "cons" with Postly which is a rarity for such a versatile software. Postly has been my go to software for publishing and managing my social media and it simply works.

Postly has the best recurring post tool I have seen out there. The Custom-recurring post feature gives me all the much-needed flexibility to run my campaigns. I highly recommend Postly, great value for money!

Very positive overall. I'll highly recommend this product. I'm using it for several ongoing permanent campaigns that need updating often and it's a huge time saver. Just to know that you are done on your social media posts for months ahead is a godsend and you just know it's going to go out on time each time. Brilliant!

Firstly I like the ease of setting up accounts and then adding all the social media options. The ability to connect to all those accounts without having to jump through too many hoops is a time saver for me. Bulk posting means I can spreadsheet up all I need to get out on a schedule and then upload all the content that is to be linked in the posts and then bulk schedule. This is a HUGE timesaver in that you know you have a lot of posts ready to go and if you need to you can then revoke all those posts if you change your marketing tact. This way a series of posts can have their content re-update and re-deployed in record time. I'd recommend trying out some of the features of bulk upload so you can get your head around how it works before going full into a mass upload so then you know what to do when changes need to happen fast.

The calendar month view is a bit of challenge to get your head around at first and does load a little slowly. I know in time with the amount of updates I've seen on this since I started using it that all these things will be ironed out. If I had to say this is a con it's a tiny one. Otherwise being in the opposite time zone does mean support is a bit slower for me however that forces me to rethink what I am trying to do and often I work it all out before support confirms my ideas.

Overall, I enjoy using Postly. It can be pretty reliable if I’m in a rush, and need to get things published efficiently, but I really would like to see the TikTok approval issue that I described above fixed. Once that is fixed, I feel like there are no other big issues or problems with your platform that I encounter. Thank you.

I have enjoyed using this platform to post to all the various social media that Bonsai uses and Postly really does make the job easier at times when I am in a rush and I need to get things published and scheduled.

The main issue that I have been dealing with for the past month on Postly is posting to TikTok. I am aware that when you’re posting to TikTok, you must approve the post on TikTok before it is officially published.

Even though I follow all the right steps during the process, there have been many videos that I have tried to upload to TikTok through Postly that disappear and never show up on TikTok for me to approve them. This has been frustrating and has delayed my work to some degree so it would be great if this issue can be fixed in the future.

I have above average user experience. This is the 4th such software that I have used. I find the price amazing affordable.

I have been amazed at how easy it is to use Postly. Postly has all the features that the more expensive competitors have, and more (I have used 3 others). The software is very easy to understand and makes it so quick and easy to send multiple posts. I love the AI feature as well.

Nothing so far. I plan on continuing to use Postly.

I got this product utilizing a lifetime deal. It simplifies all my social media needs. It’s nice being able to connect all my accounts in one space.

Sometimes there are errors when posting customer service is very responsive in managing the issue.

Postly has a lot to offer for an affordable price. I am sure their TECH Team will work-out the few issues I have in the coming months. It is a good investment for business owners!

Postly does make posting to social media and blogs quite a bit easier and fast. I have set up all my accounts and use Postly weekly to send info.

I also enjoy the suggestions for hashtags as well as using AI for blog and article ideas and so much more.

I would like to see some improvements when attaching a video. For example, my text is sent to my Wordpress Blog, but not the attached video. Also, I am having difficulty posting to my TikTok account.

It just needs a better way to show the user during the populating stages. I end up being bounced around with separate words from multiple platforms with unclear and unspecific needs to fix errors. Wish it would say "image for Instagram min 1200x900 px, max 2000x2000 px. Even better if this error is checked when the image is uploaded. I've been in IT Mgmt and consulting for 4 decades for Fortune 100 and Feds. This is the biggest cause of market share loss by alternate brands. Just so you know.

I like the options of many platforms. There is also a good set of documentation and wizards for guidance for adding each platform.

The amount of platforms covered exceeds the ability for maintaining their changes. I rarely make a post successfully for just four platforms. Because of that, I dread using it. I know only use it about once a month, instead of the desired every few days. Needs better labels to show what image size is required BEFORE publishing.

Excellent, and I feel confident in continually recommending the platform to anyone looking for a scheduler. It's easy to understand, and to work with, and I have no complaints at all. The ability to contact support, and to have them respond generally 'by return' is very much appreciated.

I love how easy it is to set up the different workspaces, add accounts and particularly the ease of scheduling posts - with the easy-to-see monthly overviews of content too. The team are constantly adding new features, and are very good at explaining what they are & how they work - as well as being super responsive to any questions or issues. There are still so many features for me to discover - it's constantly improving without continually changing 'how' it works. That means I can learn the new features in my own time, without having to deal with new things every time I log on. Fantastic product!

I don't like having to 'reconnect' platforms, as sometimes this means posts do not appear as scheduled. I've also struggled with resizing images on occasion - but I think this is me rather than the platform! I have found editing posts to be a little cumbersome from time to time but all these things are constantly being improved, so I can't really complain at all.

This is a great service, especially for content creators and businesses with multiple accounts that need management at scale. I highly recommend it.

I love the fact that you can connect so many accounts and they actually work. It’s an amazing service and it’s surprisingly reliable. Having tried quite a few other services I gotta say this is one of my favorite so far. The sheer fact that it breaks down text to tweet threads automatically is a must!

It doesn’t have as much flexibility as other services on the analytics side. That’s one of the very few things missing.

As a social media manager, I've used dozens and dozens of schedulers and Postly is by far one of my favorites to date (July 2023). It's got the most options for the most number of platforms, and one of the cleanest, most intuitive dashboards.
I love the bulk scheduling option and ability to easily find, pull up, edit, and change scheduled content across channels.
It's unbeatable for price and flexibility at this point.

Postly is easy to use, and I've found it to be extremely reliable. I appreciate how easy it is to switch between workspaces also.

When an account gets disconnected for some reason, I don't find reposting/rescheduling it to be possible. I've only had luck completely starting over with a new post when this happens.

I enjoy my experience 98% of the time, and the help desk get back to you swiftly to help when the things aren't smooth sailing. I would recommend them to others if I'm asked what social media management system I use.

I can schedule all my social media for the week in around an hour. I can select multiple platforms or only one for each post, schedule it to post once or recur as often or as little as I want or need it to do so. I can adjust images in Postly to ensure they are the right size or look for my post, or use AI options for writing my posts or creating/finding my images.
Images for posts can even be added using urls rather than having to download to my computer and upload them into Postly! Totally cool, and very handy.

You need to be super careful to size your graphics accordingly, there is little margin for error otherwise it gets bounced off the platform you are trying to post on if it's not a good fit.
Connections can also be a little tricky to stay connected some times for Facebook, but you do get a warning so you can go in and reconnect your platforms as needed.

Have been so grateful for one standout EASY, useful, profitable platform in a sea of frustrating tech.

Like any new software, as they add features, new issues appear. But, not often and they are far superior to any other platform I've used in their super quick fixes of any issue identified - they often have it resolved in under an hour!! Amazing.

I really appreciate the product Postly has created. It certainly saves time when I'm able to sit down and create multiple posts.

Up until I found Postly, I had been patching together social media scheduling with a couple of different services that didn't fully meet my needs. With Postly, I have found the all-in-one package I was looking for. That it posts directly to my Google Business Profile puts it head and shoulders above all the others. I also appreciate that the development at Postly listens to its users and plans feature releases around the needs we express.

The content planner was a bit clunky, although I understand there has been some upgrades in the scheduling portion. I have not yet checked it out.

I will continue to use Postly to see that the software is working properly. Sometimes it may post to each of the platforms I have it set to post to.

I have been using Postly and like it, for the most part. I like that it is supposed to post to all of the social media platforms that I use. I like the ease that it has for posting to multiple sites. I love the AI for hashtags.

I do not like some of the limitations Postly has. When I post directly to Google My Business, I can post up to 10 photos with it. If I use Postly to post it only allows me to post 1 photo. It is supposed to be posting to Twitter for me, but I have not seen the posts in my twitter feed. There are also issues with Pinterest. There are major issues with Linked in. It will not connect. There was an update and since then it will not make a connection to LinkedIn.
