    Summary

    Mainly, refer to the cons. I am not impressed by this software now that we are using it, and I just wish that it was what it was represented as and that the support was actually supportive.

    Positive

    They have field dependencies in their eDoc Builder so empty fields don’t leave blank spots and their chat support is responsive.

    Negative

    1. The support. The online chat is responsive, but they frequently tell you they have to do it at their end and there’s a charge for it. I took a training session and didn’t learn anything because they wouldn’t answer my questions, so I said I didn’t want to follow the guided tour and they won’t schedule the next training. It’s been almost a month and they won’t even set something up with me.
    2. The price. They are pricier than other options I reviewed, but don’t really give you a better product. Also, their website said all their packages have unlimited sites, but they made us upgrade and pay more to get more than a few sites.
    3. Limitations. Their software is missing important abilities; simple things usually like being able to import products or delete all products. They can do it for you for a few, though. $$$
