PositivePrimer understands the art world and what I need to do to sell more artwork. So easy to make my documents and online viewing rooms look how I want them too. Customer support is incredible, so friendly and knowledgeable. I was very frustrated with the old programs I used, which were clunky and required lots of "work arounds." Grateful to have Primer.
NegativeIt takes a couple days to learn how to use the software but they offer personal training sessions and a great help desk. The learning curve seemed very normal for an excellent program like this.
