    Summary

    Do NOT sign up with this company! One of the worst business experiences that our company has ever dealt with in the 36 years we have in business. Customer service is non-existent, when you need something fixed it always comes with a cost...even when it is a coding or software issue. Their culture focuses on blaming customers for problems rather than coaching and supporting their clients through issues. If you care considering their services, I highly recommend that you keep looking for another provider.

    Positive

    Overall route and service software works well. Logging into a remote desktop was not ideal. The original owners really cared about their clients.

    Negative

    Company is a mess, service is terrible, billing is terrible. Overall the culture of the company is really hard to deal with.
