Pronto provided everything we needed for employees working in the office and in the field. The ability to make different groups keeps everything organized and keeps frustrations about lack of communication down to a minimum.
PositiveWe love the ease of use, everything is very self-explanatory, no need for training. Also the ability to create many groups, see who has read the messages, share files, etc. All of Pronto is amazing!
NegativeMy ONE complaint is that it doesn’t hide the text of my chats when the notification pops up on my screen. If I am sharing my screen with someone and someone else sends me something sensitive, everyone gets to read that message.

PositiveOur team loves Pronto! Its been great to have one place where everyone has contact with each other - which eliminates the need to constantly distribute updated phone number lists, etc. The ability to create specific groups is also convenient for various departments and group discussions that don't need to involve the entire company. My team loves the GIF and emoji's - keeps conversations fun!
NegativeThe only thing we don't like is that incoming or new employees, can't see announcements that were posted previously. We love the announcements features but wish there was maybe a "bulletin" where permanent announcements can be viewed for all time and eternity by anyone no matter when they join our company.

Pronto filled a need that we had in a fantastic way!
Updated: Mar 01 2022SummaryPronto is still getting its footing, but they are destined for great things. Where a platform is needed, they provide a more friendly experience than slack that is well focused to the needs to fast moving sales organizations.
PositiveFantastic sales engagement. We were coming from a place where our sales leaders were trying to broadcast messages widely and still control the interaction (i.e. who can DM who). We had a mixture of sms based systems that did not provide great transparency into who was participating.
NegativeThey come from an educational background, so we had to show them the sales use cases. They picked it quickly.
