    Excellent. I embedded a video of me speaking on a stage in my email and I have already had someone view it and book me to speak. That's powerful! I did no lead generation for that booking. Also, customer service is outstanding.

    Summary

    The Proze application is very robust and well thought out. Our staff loves the clever innovations being added all the time. We've seen a big jump in engagement since starting with this solution as we can build "smart" emails with unlimited design restrictions. We especially love the ability to send a single newsletter with articles targeted to different employees based on their role in the company, with a "favorites center" that stores each employees "saved" articles. Employee feedback has been great. The Proze support staff is extremely responsive/helpful as well. Finally, their pricing model is advantageous versus other solutions in the marketplace.

    - Ability to target content to specific employee departments with one email
    - Workflow approval system is extremely helpful
    - Reporting has great analytics, real-time results and trends
    - Embed video, podcasts and polls directly in the email
    - Pricing is much better than their competitors
    - Drag and Drop interface with the ability to create customized, reusable layouts

    Negative

    - Wish there was a texting component so we could alert employees rapidly.
    - Wish they had a way to view real-time reports/results on a mobile device (they say it's in their plans).
