    A perfect piece of software designed for the user

    Scheduling your catalogues is not the most fun thing to do, but with Publitas it's really easy and won't take more time that absolutely necessary.

    Positive

    Everything is made with the user in mind. It's easy to use and simple to understand what each function or button does. Even hotkeys from your keyboard are implemented which help with the speed of use.

    Recently they added the option to switch single pages, so you don't have to upload a whole PDF anymore, but you can simply select the pages that you want to change and quickly implement changes.

    I would like to see a feature where you can select several catalogues and change the timings for all of them at once. Every two weeks, we have around 6 catalogues and five of them have the same timing. Right now i have to repeat each step for every catalogue, so that could be faster if i could group them.

    The product is great, easy to use, easy to integrate with. What stands out the most though is that the team supporting it is second to none. They truly become an extension of your team and want to ensure you get everything you need to be successful.

    Price is a little steep but I do think the negotiation has been fair and the features are valuable so it makes it an easier sell.
