EJM Construction
Emwin Systems
Streamline project management with precise cost control tools. The EJMProject system is essential for managing a project from its initial stages to the finalization of accounts. Users can import a Bill of Quantities, allocate costs using various resources to determine allowances, select supplier rates, perform analyses, and ultimately generate a sell bill incorporating markup. The system categorizes expenses into nine primary levels, representing key cost classifications such as Plant, Labour, Material, and Subcontractor. Each of these main categories may include up to 26 subdivisions, designated A to Z, allowing for differentiation between skilled and unskilled labor, various types of plants, and diverse materials. This structured three-tier resource library generates precise reports like allowable and variance reports, which significantly improve project management efficiency. Additionally, the MasterBill feature facilitates the generation of recurring items, thereby greatly accelerating the tender pricing process. A MasterBill can compile commonly used resources, such as sand and cement, which are essential in producing mortar, thus optimizing project execution. In conclusion, the EJMProject system not only streamlines cost management but also improves the precision of financial reporting throughout every phase of the project lifecycle, ultimately contributing to better decision-making and resource allocation.
