    I work in the entertainment industry, where reviews are everything. Some people don't even watch video but just go by reviews. That's why a company like Rannko is so valuable for someone like me. Frankly, I don't like dealing with this stuff, and they automated the process.

    We are saving roughly 380 per month by using Rannko & a freelancer to manage this as opposed to the marketing service we were using before. That's a nice chunk of change that we can put towards outsourcing social media and supplementing our paid ads budget.     This platform offers an amazing product for a fair deal. Nothing much more to say about that. We started with there review manager product and added on their listings or what they call “powersync”. And even helped get our GMB sorted out.... so they are super helpful!

    Overall pretty easy and simple to use, having tried one other platform in the past all though Rannko may seem lite, they have many features that are constantly updating!

    We have had a couple of minor issues in the past. However, when we submit a bug report or jump on the chat feature. They were able to help out pretty quickly!

    This software is really easy to use...I can get on with running my business while Rannko manages my business reputation and reviews. The social media product is a bonus, as I can set up future posts rather than having to manually go to everything myself.
    They are always adding new features and they have also kept the price reasonable with no contract or hidden fee's...We like that!

    So far we haven't found any problems with Rannko, we just wish it had been available to use when we first started out in business years ago!

    Solid Review Management Platform

    Summary

    Very happy with Rannko! I left their competition for this solution with more options and I'm now actually making a profit implementing their services since my costs have come way down. Can’t complain at all.

    Positive

    UI is intuitive. I’m able to see a snapshot of each location and a roll up for a whole franchise group. As a reseller of the product I needed a white label solution and they were able to set this up for my business. Really happy with the solution after 1 year using it.

    Initially the support requests were delayed a bit but I believe they have staffed around that and are always on the spot now. I would like to see even more automation options for auto reply but they are still way ahead of Podium.

    Everything We Needed In One Platform!

    I've been using this software for a few years now and it's been everything we needed for our agency! The main saving grace was the automatic response feature for reviews. We also needed to export to an excel format and they were able to create this feature for us in a matter of a few days! Very flexible and easy to use!
