Referral Factory allows us to run multiple referral programs all at the same time. The tracking dashboard gives us a clear view of each of all our different referral programs and which one is working better. We were also able to integrate our referral program with our Salesforce CRM making it that much easier to chase referral leads and close new sales fasters.

Only that you can’t enable sharing direct to Instagram.

Works well. I have complete control over the branding of each page my clients users see. So I can match the look of the logo + website + ads easily to the referral campaign pages.

Easy to setup. I am not a technical person so the fact that there was no coding involved and that I did not have to host anything myself was the deciding factor to use Referral Factory.

Some of my clients wanted to host the campaign on their own domain. Unfortunately, this was not possible, but that actually helped me not have to implement that for my clients.

Great experience using the software. The customer support team is always available to answer any questions and give me advice on marketing my campaigns to get more referrals for my customers.

The software is really easy to use and I can have multiple campaigns which allows me to build customized referral programs for different clients without needing a developer to help me.

I have been using the software for a few months now and haven't had any issues with it so far.

We got a free trial, then the customer team did a free demo for me which saved me a lot of time as they showed me the exact template to use so that was great :) Overall a pretty good experience, we found found the product on the HubSpot app store as we needed a HubSpot integration.

As a marketer I liked that you could build a 100% working referral program without any coding. A lot of the other tools you have to install scripts etc. Oh and also the branding options are good too - everything can be customised.

So far nothing - we have been using the basic plan for last 6 months.

I have an online tutoring business and used Referral Factory to get new students and to find tutors. The software is very intuitive and I have already seen some benefits.

I really liked the demo call as the consultant, Jess, was helpful in showing me the ins and outs of referral marketing. Since I’m not a marketer, this was very useful.

I haven’t had any major problems so far but it would be great if there were more resources available on how to run referral marketing in the field of education. It’s all been a steep learning curve but I’m glad it’s working!

I would highly recommended for small businesses that are trying to strive in their field which I believe would put them ahead of their competition.
