Placing orders thru my reps takes time back and forth and waiting on confirmations. Sometimes it takes a few days to get an answer if the rep. is on the road or at shows etc. With RepSpark it is instant gratification. The order is placed, the confirmation received and I can rest assured my order is on its way.

The convenience of RepSpark is what I love most.
To be able to place an order within minutes of speaking with my members and getting an immediate confirmation.

I have yet to find anything negative about this program. I have used RepSpark for over 2 years now and it has made my job so much easier and efficient.

I use RepSpark multiple times per day. It's by far my favorite way to place orders. When first introduced to the platform, I mainly used it for special orders. Now, it is also how I place pre-books.

- Ability to download all images of an order
- Ability to create catalogs for special events

I wish more vendors would use RepSpark! That's the only con for me!

I believe RepSpark is a very good tool to use overall. I am happy to use this resource daily and hope more people have the opportunity to use it!

I believe RepSpark is very easy to use generally and is a very resourceful tool for my position here at Barrington. I became the Buyer last year and this is my first time in this role and using RepSpark was very beneficial for my knowledge and learning the traits of ordering through various portals.

I think the "Add emblem" should be already included because I have mistakenly forgot to include on some orders.

Very useful! We use this most every day and find it accommodating to our needs. Great Product. Highly recommend.

We use RepSpark most every day for a couple of our vendors. Very easy to use and shows ATS and ETA's as well

Would be nice to be able to save repeated dropship addresses.

Overall this product is awesome to use. I constantly use it to prebook and special order. I love that there is an integration with golf genius golf shop now too.

Ease of knowing what is available.
Ease of choosing from the catalogue and pushing it to an order for prebooks.

Still cant get Johnnie-O to work with golf genius and RepSpark.
Need better catalogue availability.

Awesome! Absolutely love it. I think it promotes more purchasing of special orders because I don't have to deal with a sales rep.

I like how easy it is to use and also going to one spot and placing orders with multiple vendors. Great for special orders.

I don't like how some vendors have different features than others. For example hiding the wholesale price.

It is a great tool for buyers, giving live inventory and streamlining the ordering process. Also informs accurate delivery timeline that we can pass along to our customers.

When items have low stock, they are removed from RepSpark. Many times, we can still get them through the rep. but whit that the special-order process takes double of the time delaying delivery.
The updated version of an item might not have the same sku and, in this case, they don't appear under the item search resulting on the buyer reaching out to the rep. again.

Now that I have had some time to learn ins and outs, I think they platform is great. Makes it easy for prebooking, and immediates as well. Some of my cons could perhaps be my own learning curve and finding out more new things.

Easy to navigate brands and styles/seasons within brand. Ability to separate prebook deliveries simultaneously is great.

Robust platform, would be nice if some brands utilized features more as it would make things easier for me (i.e. marketing tab)

It would be great if 'My Orders' tab and 'Order status/invoicing' were combined. I'd rather be able to enter an order # or PO# and view everything together, status, tracking and link to invoice if generated. Having to jump to another tab seems unnecessary for that additional information.. I wish it lived all together.

I can find the shipper and type of shipping (ground) but there isn't a link to track, which would be great.

I think this is how the brand set it up, but I can see orders from all other brand partners. I do have my own login, but this seems odd.

Again, at the brand level, but the marketing materials are great but not updated regularly.

Overall the product is very good but it would be excellent if the search functionality was not case sensitive.

Easy to generate stock checks, reports, shipping updates and restock information. Accessibility 24/7 is vital to business and this provides an excellent portal to support our business needs.

Too case and name sensitive re product names and codes.

Been happy with RepSpark - haven't had any issues. All the products we have used have been great and always the right product.

Lots of different options for apparel and sporting good products.
Good pricing and easy to use, haven't had any issues.

Sometimes product comes to us from the states, so takes a couple extra days to get in but nothing can't handle

I use the site quite often and because it saves previously ordered product it gets faster and easier every time I use it.

It was very easy to search for the products I needed. Building an order takes very little time. Reviewing the order for accuracy was simple.

The process of fast tracking or rushing an order is a little confusing but was able to get it done.

Gets the job done for this creative director.

Easy to use. I personally like clicking into the catalog images to find out more information about each shoe style. I also like being able to download the bulk collections that are provided!

Nothing! Works great. It has a slight learning curve, but once you learn it, it is super simple!

Overall, my experience with RepSpark has been very positive and it has allowed me to grow the business as well as make the members happy.

RepSpark is very easy to use, and it is tremendously helpful with regards to special orders. One of my favorite aspects of RepSpark is my ability to show my members the availability of products and more up to date arrival times..

I don't have any issues with RepSpark. I can't really see anything that would need to be improved.

Overall, I think RepSpark is the best of the B to B's out there and a more timely and efficient way for a Merchandiser's to Get the Job Done. I Love it.
I am told there is a Resistance among some Folk's to Using the Systems . Change is never easy to sell.
I still attend the shows. The Regionals Reps are needed to show the Actual Product Color Groupings. It is better to See and Feel the merchandise before writing orders back in my shop.
I would love to have a job training Golf Shop Buyers in Coastal Florida on the Benefits of Using RepSpark.
Bottom line, it makes the job more efficient.

3. Knowing immediately if Special Order Item Is Available
4. Customer Service: Most vendor Representatives extremely well trained to assist, if necessary

Multiple Line Companies:
I do not have many negatives. If anything, I would like to see more Organization and Separation of Current Season rather than Past Season by Product Line. Good example is Summit with 4 product lines.
Consistency:
Not All Vendor Sites Offer the Same Useful Features.
Could possibly remedy by setting up "Best Practices" suggestions in your Vendor Newsletter or Updates.

Returns not available.
Maybe some kind of way to know sizing, i.e. runs small or runs large.

Love having several of my "goto" companies on RepSpark! Knowing I can place a special order for a member after hours is great!

I can get special orders and regular orders placed on my time.
We're all very busy, and having the option to work on things after "regular" hours can be a very helpful with our crazy schedules.

A couple of the online catalogs take a while to load.

RepSpark allows me to do my job as a buyer at any time, any where. It makes adding logos and seeing available quantities simple.

Allows me to find quantities and add logos easily. Makes special orders a breeze for a small country club shop.

I haven’t found anything yet that I don’t like. I wish all of the companies I work with used RepSpark.

Using RepSpark is the most difficult part of running my business.
I would recommend looking for a new service, as I will be doing.

Access to a community of B2B customers.
Real time view to available inventory.
There is nothing else to recommend as I find this system to be a barrier to sales and will be pushing current clients that are frustrated to a new service.

Very difficult to use.
Difficult to set up, process orders, and I need a team of people to coach customers on how to use because nothing is intuitive and connectivity of ordering to Shopify has been inconsistent.
