Overall it has been a great experience. It has been easy to maneuver the product and see great results.

I like that navigating through the product was easy to learn in a matter of minutes. Integrating products from other websites was easy.

So far there hasn't been any cons on my end. Everything has been running smoothly.

I'd recommend this software to anyone looking for easy, reasonably priced digital signage solutions. After looking for three years at different vendors and solutions, this is the one that we went with because it checked so many boxes for us.

Content is dynamic, matches brand, and easy enough that my admin assistants can use it. RiseVision continually sends out updates with new content for holidays and countdowns, so we don't need to worry about a marketing department. (Which is great since we don't have one). The platform agnostic player is great, which means we were able to reuse a lot of existing hardware.

There are some complex things that this software can't do. We use Hudl for sporting events, which doesn't integrate as well. Trying to set up a multiple display grid (for example, if we want to see all 5 of our main playlists on one display at the same time), hits the processing power max.

The implementation team for Rise Vision was a great help when setting up the product. Templates allow for simple yet effective slides, saving time for more important tasks.

There is a slight learning curve when explaining the process to new users. The separation of Presentations and Schedules seem to cause the most confusion. If there was a way for them to be combined I could see that being beneficial.

Overall, Rise Vision is a reliable and effective digital signage solution. It is easy to use, flexible, and helps improve communication across the organization. While there are a few minor areas that could be improved, the platform performs well and meets our needs effectively.

Using Rise has been fairly easy and the feedback has been great. We demoed 2 other platforms and chose Rise in the end for our digital signage solution. It was backed by numerous reviews and recommendations from fellow colleagues.

I really appreciate how Rise Vision simplified getting information onto our displays and put everything under one management system. It allows us to micromanage down to different departments, who can then control the displays in their area. Most of our employees have been able to easily take hold of the built-in templates and edit them. The integration with Canvas was especially beneficial for our school district. Overall, it’s been the ease of use that stands out to us, and the initial setup was quick and easy.

The back end portal could use a little bit of reconfiguration. Sometimes you get lost in some of the menus.

I use Rise Vision for classroom displays, which not only assists with instruction but also allows emergency notification messaging to be sent and received by every class. I appreciate the ease of use and configurability of Rise Vision, along with the ability to send emergency notifications to the screen to provide important details of incidents. I integrate it with Raptor alert from Raptor Technologies.

I like that multiple users can access and post. Makes the management much easier from a teaching standpoint when you want to have a student upload and post to our board. The templates also make it east to produce quality, professional presentations for the boards.

The platform when uploading what is viewed on the screen is hard to deal with. Sometime the sizing and proportions have to be a trial and error to get them to fit perfectly.

I have not had any issues with Rise Vision and it is great to use.

Absolutely recommend this to any business, school, college, etc. This allows us to post daily information but can change over to an emergency system should anything happen.

Easy get multiple styles of messages out to viewers. Great premade templates. Super easy to set up the continued play. We love that we can set up a whole year of birthdays and it automatically displays them as they are coming up.

Everything is wonderful once you get used to the program. It is a little difficult to manage some screens when needing to duplicate a template but then change the content within it. Once you figure that out, everything is a breeze!

Rise has been super easy and fun to use. I love the many choices of templates and the ability to display my menus. This only takes a few minutes to set up and I can change things daily if needed without taking up a ton of time. I highly recommend!

I love how easy it is to use. I can change, add or delete screens everyday in just a few minutes. They have a lot of templates available to use or modify to make my own. I also love that they take suggestions for new templates. If you use Canva you can import images from Canva into rise. This makes displaying my menus and any important information to students and staff easy and quick.

So far everything has been working great, no complaints!

Rise Vision has excellent customer service. They are timely and thorough! They even create personalized instructional videos to help with issues you may be having.

I had used a different digital signage company before and I found it difficult at first to navigate Rise Vision.

Rise Vision made it so much easier to manage the different digital signage across our school branches, something that used to be so annoying before as we had Chromebits and have to go and do it all manually on each screen.

The clear UI makes it super easy to use.
We use a combination of Google Slides, videos and photos and it supports all 3 and more.
It tells us when a display stops working (sometimes we have power outages) so we can go and turn it back on.

Nothing, it works great all the time and never gives us any problems.

I use Rise Vision on a daily basis to promote special events, welcome guests into our school, and message out information to hundreds of individuals each day.

The pros of Rise Vision include the established templates, ease of importing outside images/video footage, and the ability to modify schedules and monitors.

There is very little not to like about Rise Vision. The only critique I could think of is the inability to stretch portrait images or videos into landscape mode in order to fill the monitor/screen presenting.

I would recommend this product to others. I have found it to be easy to use and easy to update over the 2 years I have been a user.

I have found Rise Vision to be easy to use. I've been able to learn what I need to know on my own. Support has been very quick and helpful.

My displays have froze up a handful of times, but customer service has been quick to resolve.
