I love this product and would recommend it to anyone. Their customer service is the best! Anytime I had a question to their help desk, I had a video tutorial within 15 minutes.

Rise Vision is great to use and you can change multiple screens on one computer from anywhere in the country.

The blank template where you can create your own design in the program is difficult to use.

You're able to manage everything from a remote location, and ready-to-use templates really speed up the process. It integrates well with tools such as Google and Microsoft. Adding content is done in a snap. It's very reliable, reasonably priced, and a perfect fit for schools. Overall, it's hassle-free and keeps digital displays fresh and engaging.

While Rise Vision is a solid platform overall, the cost can add up, especially for organizations needing access to premium features. Some design tools within the editor feel a bit limited or less intuitive, making it tricky to customize templates beyond the basics. It would also be helpful if the template library were updated more frequently to offer a wider range of modern, dynamic options.

Rise Vision is a fantastic platform. Easy to use, very functional for all of our needs. We have several different staff members that are able to use it for a multitude of purposes.

Rise Vision is a very intuitive program for all of your digital signage. There are amazing built in templates to use for any need. It is also very simple to create your own slides from scratch. We currently have about 25 displays that we are using across our district, and are looking to add more very soon.

I wish there were more options for school districts for multiple buildings.

I’ve really enjoyed using Rise Vision! The quality of the ready-made graphics is fantastic. The graphics are vibrant, professional, and save me so much time. I also love that the program gives me the flexibility to create my own graphics whenever I need something specific for my audience. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and customization!

The only con for me is that I have to manually delete events once they are over. It is an extremely minor inconvenience because I already update events once a week.

Our overall experience with Rise Vision and their products I can say satisfied enough to continue the use of the product and purchase newly Rise Vision equipment as they are introduced to the public.

I love the products they advertise for purchase, we have purchased multiple devices from Rise Vision with the Support of installation and troubleshooting.
Rise Vision support team was always available to assist and easy to understand troubleshooting tips to help with getting our devices up and running for Digital Signage support. We will continue to look out for future products related to Rise Vision and Digital Signage that may also help us in the future.

Cannot say anything negative related to Rise Vision and their Products as we have never experienced issues related to the make and model of the devices in which we purchased. Other than support on how to setup and Troubleshoot software upgrades there was no other issues pertaining to the devices in question.

The platform is extremely easy to use making it perfect for both the technology department and education staff to use. The ability to add content from various sources, create content within the platform, and distribute it to specific digital media devices across our campus has made Rise Vision a non-negotiable addition that has really raised the bar in giving our campus a modern eye-catching appearance.

The administration and content creation are not intuitive out of the box. Most users require one-on-one training.

Rise Vision has honestly been such a great tool for our team. Right from the start, it was super easy to use, and the interface is clean and straightforward, no unnecessary clutter. Honestly, there is nothing I don’t like about it. It does what we need, it’s reliable, and it makes our day-to-day a whole lot smoother.

We have been very happy with Rise Vision, and their customer/technical support. I would like to see more emphasis on creating a more powerful creator environment, but this is not a show stopper.

Pretty easy to setup and administer. The ability to create complex presentations is very helpful. Playlists are one of the more useful features of the solution.

There are some shortcomings when it comes to creating custom layouts that require some creative problem solving.

I love how customizable it is! You can create your own customized slides while also having slides and presentations pre-loaded to choose from. We can create our own slides completely to market our product, highlight our team, and achievements. Then there are also slides for upcoming holidays, and basic interests/trivia that are easy to load to catch attention and increase engagement. I especially like that since I don't always have time to research or pay attention to those smaller holidays, etc.

Some of the slides are a little on the plainer side with regard to their design and effects.

It’s widely used in schools but is also suitable for businesses and advertising. The platform provides frequent, quick, and practical training sessions that consistently add value. However, uploading slides and adding them to presentations can feel clunky due to refresh delays, and editing premade templates is limited—text boxes and images cannot be repositioned. More education-focused templates and enhanced editing flexibility would improve the experience.

Rise Vision creates quality engaging displays that can be set to times and speeds. It auto updates certain ones daily to display jokes, historical facts, quotes, weather, the date, etc. It produces a very professional looking slideshow that is used in our school, but would also be a great application for businesses and ads. There are opportunities for trainings frequently and they are quick and useful, I always leave with a new tool or skill.

It is a little clunky to upload slides and add to the slideshow, requiring a refresh or lag time for the website to refresh before moving to the next step. It also doesn't allow you to move around text boxes or images when you are editing a premade template. More templates (specifically related to education, schools, teens, etc) and more editing capabilities would be helpful.
