    Summary

    Overall I am hugely disappointed with RunLoyal. They've cost me thousands of dollars and won't let me leave my contract. My experience has been dreadful.

    Positive

    I wanted to have my business run through an app. They were cheaper than Ginger. I wish I had chosen Ginger.

    Negative

    Staff is rude and insulting. Live Chat takes hours to respond which is terrible when you have a customer at the desk. I went all the way to the CEO I was so upset and he was just as bad as the staff. The software is glitchy and a huge waste of time. Ive lost 1,000's of dollars due to RunLoyal.

We offered multiple solutions to resolve your concerns, multiple times. We offered everything from free months on your subscription, to cancelling your subscription altogether at any time, without cost or penalty at all. All of which you refused.
