Cannot recommend SAMBC PRO because it is under fraudulent TRITON DIGITAL company, which is totally dead and nonsense, which totally burying former glory of SAMBC and former Spacial company.

SAMBC PRO is good SW, it is possible to set it for nice functionality, because it was built by nice people. But they unfortunately sell their company to some frauders, which totaly destroyed everything what was developed by original Spacial company.

SAMBC has not ANY SUPPORT at all! Support react with only stupid and nonsense answers and not able to solve NOTHING!
TRITON DIGITAL company seems only as money launderer for some Russian mobster. Regarding functionality for customers it is totally dead and nonsense company for nothing. This company also cut request-songs SAMBC functionality, they destroyed AudioRealm server, which SAMBC PRO used for song request functionality.

Excluding bad customer support, I would advise to use this product. But we all know that service is king and if you cannot serve your paying customers, you lose. Moreover, customer support showed bad intentions to avoid refunding a double payment - bad sign for a troubled establishment perhaps...

Nice interface, easy to use, dragging and dropping songs was made easy. compatible with Windows 10.

Bad tech support.
Slow to answer.
Not supporting Windows 11.
Rotation rules is confusing.
Database is corrupted randomly, damaging rotation rules and Preventing Auto DJ from operating normally.

Spacial & SAM Broadcaster Horrible Company!
We are a tiny radio station that I took over after our owner became ill. She had been using SAM for almost a decade and I inherited it.

I am here today to write the first review here for this company. I am both surprised and not surprised at all that there are no reviews here.

SAM Broadcaster used to be the "Leading" provider of Radio Broadcasting software but they have never updated or modernized their user interface. We have to literally WRITE CODE to schedule our programming. The software looks like it's straight out of the 1990's.

The sad part is this outdated software is one of the most EXPENSIVE services you can sign up for as well.

We have been looking at alternatives because SAM is just too old and inconvenient to use for a while but Spacial has forced our hand in the worst way possible (for them).

We'd been having connectivity issues between them and our Relay provider (because we were not going to pay SAM the ridiculous amount of money they wanted) and they provided NO HELP. They said it wasn't their issue and offered zero guidance.

This upset me because our relay provider said the same thing, however they, who receive only a fraction of what we are spending on SAM, tried their hardest to help.

But Spacial Support? They did NOTHING to help.

When I sent feedback about this as a frustrated new station owner worried about our uptime and all the dead air they GOT INSULTED!

Mind you, I was never mean. I never got personal with them; all I did was say they were causing our downtime and if they were not, please help us figure it out.

When I pushed back to defend us and the lousy, or rather total lack of help, they CANCELED OUR SERVICE AND TURNED OFF OUR RADIO STATION EFFECTIVELY TAKING US COMPLETELY OFF THE AIR WITH NO WARNING.

I think that about sums it up. Spacial is a company that does not need us, nor do they care about us, and they have made that perfectly clear.

Stay far, far away.

There are better, much more modern platforms that care about their customers that are close to a fraction of what SAM Broadcaster/ Spacial costs. We were on our way to one of them anyway.

You have been warned.

None, they don't do anything extraordinary that other radio platforms do. There was no reason to keep them.

It's all Cons, for us, anyway. They took us off the air because they got insulted at constructive feedback.
