    Great tool for expense reporting

    Summary

    Love how much easier it made my job. I don't have to create PDFs of expenses anymore and make sure they are in order. Just have to plop in pics and go.

    Positive

    It is super easy to use. Creating a report, filling out a report, checking a report. All of it is extremely easy and accessible. I no longer have to provide receipts for everything that I do or calculate mileage for my vehicle.

    Negative

    Everything I didn't like has been fixed OR explained by someone in finance. As a User of this product, I don't have any insights on behind the scenes issues.

    Complicated but powerful

    Overall, Concur was a strong solution for a huge organization where frequent travel was a part of work. While there was a learning curve, the customization and enforcement of company policies made it a solid choice.

    Positive

    Love the ability to get really specific (way more than, say, Google Flights) about what I needed in a specific flight or hotel. Really helped that company policies (per diem, etc) are embedded as well.

    Negative

    The options could get somewhat overwhelming at times.

    Head and shoulders above the rest

    Could not complain. It is very simple to use, has a great UI and does the job well. Receipts and payments can be tracked very easily too.

    Concur is a seamless receipt to reimbursement system. The entire workflow is super simple to use. Kudos to the team.

    The app could remember my preferences better. It prompts me to use options i used more than a year ago.

    Summary

    We have started using this app for all our expense claims. The workflow is nice and there is no issue in integrating the workflow with firmwide users. Granted there are some bugs currently but those are being worked on a regular basis with new updates.

    Positive

    Easy receipt uploads: Click a pic and upload. That is it. It is that easy.

    Add multiple reviewers for any expense: You can add your supervisor manually if the workflow is not showing it for any reason which helps in the overall claim process.

    Instant notifications: Instant notification on apps and emails whenever there is any change in the status of your expense. It makes tracking much easier.

    Negative

    Buggy app: Currently there is no way to remove duplicated receipts in the Android app.

    The auto-crop feature also fails a lot and there is no way you can manually crop the receipts.
