    Premium Upgrade Lacks Functionality

    Summary

    Disappointed in the purchase. SafetyTek was not willing to do even a partial refund even though we never were able to implement the app due to the downfalls. We will be purchasing another program.

    Positive

    The mobile app is user friendly and both the app and web based platform look good. The design is well done and looks professional.

    Negative

    Upgrade to premium is lacking. Program is not usable without further upgrades (at a yearly cost). Not ideal for small companies. Forms are tedious to create. Need to create sites in order to save. Not ideal for service based companies that have multiple sites each day.

    Summary

    Highly recommend to anyone who wants to simplify their screening process or any other internal form like an accident report.

    Positive

    We loved how simple it was to create our own COVID screening assessment. Deploying it across the company was very simple and the user experience is very straight forward.
    It's simplified our screening process and taken most of the admin work off of our plate.

    Negative

    The only issue we had was the feed which allowed anyone within the company to see each others screening results. The support team at SafetyTek was quick to respond and it turned out to be an easy fix that just wasn't clear enough.
