    Overall we’re very pleased with SalesBinder. It’s ironic how it’s named SalesBinder, yet it lacks a solid Sales Team Facing CRM. It soars as an inventory management ERP, and the team loves that… well the warehouse team. Give us a few CRM improvements and you have yourself a champ!

    Amount of features for cost. Warehouse teams enjoy simple yet sufficient features. Management enjoys admin functions and easy of tools implementations.

    Negative

    CRM lacks sales cycle tools and common features. Lack custom forms feature and across the board on/off tool settings. Minimal app integrations.
