    Summary

    I use Salesforce Partner Relationship Management to manage all partner communications in one single platform. It has been easy to set up everything and to start using this platform on my day to day, and it has definitely given me some sense of organization that I did not have before in this area of my work. It is important and necessary to have a platform where you can track the onboarding process to make the integration to the business an easier process for everyone, and this software has given me the right tools to start tracking everything and make sure that everyone is being efficiently integrated and trained rightfully. I like that it is very simple to also keep track of leads and to import the data into this software, I can easily manage leads from anywhere and turn them into actual customers of our business. Using Salesforce PRM has been a great experience and it continues to include even more tools to make the experience even better, it is something that has improved the workflow in this area and it produces a seamless workflow that everyone can enjoy, it values safety and provides different safety measures depending on the information that is in the software and I can make visible different data to only me or certain members, which is something I really like.

This solution is perfect for creating an automated platform that saves you time and does manual tasks for you without much effort. I like that this platform is very robust and has many different tools that when combined together, make a great service to manage all partners in one single place. It is possible to track the onboarding process and guide everyone through every step of this process while creating a helpful guide that helps ease the process for us making it automated, and provides the necessary help for those joining the business without having to do this manually, and it becomes easy for both parties. It can be integrated with many other different solutions to ensure that the sales experience is smooth and efficient, and provides helpful analytics that help understand customers in a more individual way, using smart technology that sorts out different information into a robust timeline that distributes all the information in an easy to digest way, it is very easy to understand the different tools that Salesforce PRM has and it becomes even easier to integrate into the everyday sales work, we can keep track of leads and see them in a beautiful chart that displays all the necessary information and helps understand better these insights without having to look at everything individually.
    The analytics that Salesforce PRM provides are very extensive and do not leave room for any doubts, it helps place the right variables in stunning analytics that can help keep track of all partners and assist them whenever they need to, using smart technology that can study different factors such as search activity, page views, and more. I can easily identify leads and its extensive pipeline with this solution.

    There is not much customization when it comes to how the data analytics and charts will display, it only comes with a few options to choose from and these options become very limited as they cannot be fully customized, I would like to see more implementation of different charts that adjust to different needs because sometimes it feels way too limited and I lack the ability to show different things in the analytics because of this limitation. I also find that the cost for this software is very high compared to other solutions out there, but I also think that the Salesforce ecosystem provides a great stability and reliability that no other single software could provide, it has high security measures that protect data and privacy, and when it comes to channel analytics, I like to choose what is best and right for my business no matter the cost, however, I do think that they can come up with more affordable solutions for those small businesses that want to integrate this platform into their business but the high cost is stopping them.
