It has been easy to set up everything and to start using this platform on my day to day, and it has definitely given me some sense of organization that I did not have before in this area of my work. It is important and necessary to have a platform where you can track the onboarding process to make the integration to the business an easier process for everyone, and this software has given me the right tools to start tracking everything and make sure that everyone is being efficiently integrated and trained rightfully. I like that it is very simple to also keep track of leads and to import the data into this software, I can easily manage leads from anywhere and turn them into actual customers of our business. Using Salesforce PRM has been a great experience and it continues to include even more tools to make the experience even better, it is something that has improved the workflow in this area and it produces a seamless workflow that everyone can enjoy, it values safety and provides different safety measures depending on the information that is in the software and I can make visible different data to only me or certain members, which is something I really like.

I can easily identify leads and its extensive pipeline with this solution.NegativeThere is not much customization when it comes to how the data analytics and charts will display, it only comes with a few options to choose from and these options become very limited as they cannot be fully customized, I would like to see more implementation of different charts that adjust to different needs because sometimes it feels way too limited and I lack the ability to show different things in the analytics because of this limitation. I also find that the cost for this software is very high compared to other solutions out there, but I also think that the Salesforce ecosystem provides a great stability and reliability that no other single software could provide, it has high security measures that protect data and privacy, and when it comes to channel analytics, I like to choose what is best and right for my business no matter the cost, however, I do think that they can come up with more affordable solutions for those small businesses that want to integrate this platform into their business but the high cost is stopping them.
