    I highly recommend this company and its software.

    We have used Scheduling Manager Gemini software from Thoughtful Systems for over 12 years now, for our residential cleaning business Before we started using Thoughtful’ s software, we relied on some paper and pen methods, also spreadsheets and data on customers in QuickBooks. When we first implemented Scheduling Manager Gemini software, we were pleased that the software could import all our customer information from QuickBooks. Since that time, we have maintained the link between Thoughtful Systems and QuickBooks, so all invoices and payments we create in Scheduling Manager Gemini are exported seamlessly to QuickBooks. Also, any new customers we enter into Gemini are transferred.

    From time to time, we have asked Thoughtful Systems for modifications to certain parts of the software, and they have been great at implementing what we want at reasonable rates.

    We have found the support staff to be helpful in promptly attending to any questions or issues that have occurred with the software. We like also that Thoughtful Systems adds new features from time to time -- their mobile app is great. Also, the text messaging features, which let us send reminders to all customers via text message each day.

    Negative

    The only regret I have is that we didn’t start using this software sooner!

    Summary

    We started using Scheduling Manager over 12 years ago. The people at Thoughtful Systems were helpful i getting is started. After that, we've used Scheduling Manager every day to manager over 100 employees doing hundreds of jobs a week. The scheduling, timekeeping and payroll issues have been tremendously simplified.

    We don't look back!

    It makes job scheduling much more manageable -- a huge improvement over what we used to do more than 12 years ago, before we started using Scheduling Manager.
    Invoicing is made easy too.
    We can keep track of all info for our customers easily.

    Negative

    I couldn't say I don't like something particular about Thoughtful Systems' software.
