PositiveThe aspect of Seat Engine is amazing, and very user friendly once you figure out all the kinks in it.
NegativeThey do not have a way to promote the way Eventbrite does and have it locked out for user to send out email campaigns. Customer service is hard to get ahold of.

The director of sales reached out as we stopped using the system for one month (to see if it was Seat Engine or Eventbrite) that was the issue. She became very defensive as I responded we have moved to Eventbrite since we were having issued with marketing and low ticket sales with Seat Engine. (I get it she is loyal to her company) informed her we just were not a good fit and she responded like a middle school girl who was just dumped. For this reason alone I would not recommend this company. This is business no reason to be childish.
