  • There is a reason the monthly fee is low - not user friendly at all and reservations are terrible - if you want your guests to wait for a word doc to download upon check-out then this is for you. You need a small team to run the system. Cost control - lets not even go there - try and change from unit to kg and loose 3 hours of work you have just processed. The worst system I have ever implemented. Will not recommend to anyone.
