    Summary

    It’s been an absolute pleasure using this software. My customers have been happy with it as well. I don’t know if there’s anything more convenient on the market. I can’t think of a better solution for small shops.

    This software is great for shop owners and their customers. Easy, intuitive, lightweight, web based, and all the transactional data you’ll need to monitor your trends.
    -Customer portal allows customers to pay in a variety of ways on the web, and allows them to look at all service history.
    -Shop portal allows for streamlined work distribution
    -Parts portal can integrate to several softwares
    -Payment to account time is less than 3 days.
    -Amazing Customer Support with fast resolution times

    Negative

    I think the interface could be spiced up visually, and I would like a little more control over the data that goes in and what I can delete - as well as some general formatting options to reflect alternate data management systems.
